R.O.Donaghey Staff on Site at University of Warwick prior to the commencement of works.
R.O.Donaghey are pleased to announce the commencement of our groundworks package at University of Warwick University House Building in Warwickshire, working alongside our partners at Kier Construction.
As part of Kier Construction’s renovation and upgrade of the University House building at the University of Warwick, we will be undertaking various tasks such and external works to the new fire exit, installation of new internal drainage runs, and the construction of a new Air Source Heat Pump compound base. The work at University House will create a more comfortable working environment for staff and students, and are intended to reduce the building’s carbon footprint, supporting the University’s sustainability strategy, and helping to ensure that University House remains fit for use for years to come.
We look forward to sharing the completed works with you.
