Bilton Grange Preparatory School, Rugby

Together with our partners at Stepnell, we have been working to complete a brand new boarding school building at Bilton Grange Preparatory School in Dunchurch, Warwickshire.

At Bilton Grange, our first task was to construct a haul road roughly 250m in length in order to provide access to the site for plant, personnel and deliveries.

Once this was complete, we carried out a cut-and-fil exercise in order to provide the finishing levels for the buildings footprint. After this, were able to start work on the building itself, constructing the building’s reinforced foundations, alongside services and drainage provision.

For drainage at this site, our works included storm and foul pipes and manholes, multiple swales, pumping station, and an attenuation tank. In addition to this, we have also installed external landscaping such as block paving, tarmacking, planters; and earthworks using our excavated material.
